Ball that Moves after a Player has Addressed It

In a Stroke Play Tournament...

Andrea addressed her ball on the green and put her putter on the ground behind the ball. The wind was blowing hard and the ball rolled one half inch.

What should Andrea do?

Andrea should first tell her playing partner that the ball moved. She should then place the ball back in its original position. She adds a one stroke penalty to her score. Now suppose that Andrea's ball moved after she addressed the putt, and she did not place it back in its original position before she putted it. Now, Andrea will get a two stroke penalty, and she must place the ball back in its original position and finish out the hole.

A ball on the green is putted and strikes the flagstick Korin had a ball on the green and forgot to remove the flagstick. She putted the ball and it hit the flagstick. What is her penalty?

Korin must play the ball from wherever it lies after hitting the flagstick, and she must take a penalty of two strokes.
