Overview
Before playing in tournaments, each player must attend one of the quarterly SAJGA Rules and Etiquette Clinics. These clinics are not the same as the city-sponsored clinics. However, once a member attends a SAJGA clinic, they qualify for the City of Tucson Parks and Recreation Junior Golf Card which allows them to play city golf courses at discounted green fees.
New members will receive their SAJGA-issue shirt and hat, along with a rules book. The clinic lasts approximately 2 hours. Attendees must wear proper golf attire. Participants should bring their golf clubs (if they have some). If your child needs clubs, please contact Don Parkhurst: pkgolf1@cox.net New members receive instruction on a variety of rules of golf and are advised of proper golf etiquette and behavior. A parent or guardian must attend (for ALL NEW MEMBERS ONLY). Sign up Information:$5.00 Fee per MemberOnline :Further questions? Contact: pkgolf1@cox.net Dates and Locations are Subject to Change |
